We are a small, Latina-owned Fitness Facility located in the heart of Downtown Fresno. Our doors are open to the community and local small businesses in the Downtown Fresno area.

We offer an open-space workout facility, to fit everyone's busy schedule; filled with free weights and workout machines. In addition we offer group sessions for individuals looking for more fitness guidance.

Our trainers provide diverse and private classes. Our personal trainers and class instructors provide a diverse fitness schedule to fit everyone's 4%.

It doesn't matter your fitness level or skill, our certified trainers are happy to lend a helping hand in any area of expertise.
